The functions of the CRG WG are:

1. Identify important actual topics for reviewing and assessment by drawing up the work plan;

2. Carry out assessments of the situation with stigma and discrimination and their influence on implementation the HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis programs and make recommendations for improvement;

3. Conduct regular aggregation and data interpretation of information related to cases of human rights violation and problems with access to prevention, testing, treatment, care and support services for KPs, PLHIV and TB patients,

4. Highlight and react on the information on facts of discrimination, human rights violation, gender inequality and other cases by public campaigns, sending official enquiries to governmental structures etc;

5. Inform the CCM and stakeholders (governmental bodies, UN, international organisations, civil society organisations etc) about the human rights and discrimination situation in prevention, testing, treatment and care services and needed actions;

6. Submit and present periodic reports and recommendations to the CCM and Stakeholders (at least semi-annually according the CCM agenda);

7. Act as a link between the CCM and civil society organizations, KPs, PLHIV and TB patient’s communities;

8. Create opportunities for the civil society and communities’ engagement in planning and implementation of HIV/AIDS and TB programs as well as of the development, implementation and monitoring of the National transitioning plan and Global Fund concept notes;

9. Contribute to activities of the CCM.
